I think I've cheated on half.com?

I bought a textook on half.com and a little more than a week later the seller contacted me and he said he never had the manual for sale. He said he would contact eBay, but never said anything about a refund. I said I paid my money, but I have not heard from him yet. I contacted eBay. Will I receive my $ 93 back? Yes, I use PayPal.

I dread to think the same thing can happen me. How did you do if you use Paypal? The site clearly states that do not work through PayPal.
